An uncontested divorce can be finalised within 2–4 months through assisted negotiation. A contested divorce takes 12 to 24 months, depending on the complexity of the financial issues and whether minor children are involved.

Sole custody is granted by the Court only when joint custody would be detrimental to the child (severe neglect, violence, addiction, prolonged absence). It must be requested with a detailed argument focused on the child's best interest.

The first consultation is paid and lasts approximately one hour. It can take place at the office or via video call. Its purpose is to understand the situation, define objectives, outline possible paths and provide an estimate of timing and costs.
